Gaming Client Service Specialist: Engage with gamers to provide exceptional support and resolve inquiries efficiently. Foster a positive gaming experience by addressing technical issues, account concerns, and gameplay questions. Utilize problem-solving skills to deliver quick solutions and enhance player satisfaction. Communicate effectively through chat, maintaining a friendly and professional tone. Stay updated on gaming trends and company policies to offer accurate assistance. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and contribute to a vibrant gaming community.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
