Weekend Remote Support Representative / Weekend (Entry Level / No Experience)

Weekend Remote Support Representative: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via chat. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while assisting users with product information, troubleshooting, and account management. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and escalate complex cases as needed. Adapt to various communication styles and stay updated on company policies and procedures. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction during weekend shifts.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
