Weekend Remote Chat Support Specialist (Entry Level / No Experience): Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through live chat. Maintain a friendly and professional tone while assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent support and share feedback for process improvements. Adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning. Uphold company values and contribute to a positive customer experience during weekend shifts.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
