SMS Remote Customer Support Specialist (Entry Level / Part Time): Engage with customers via SMS to provide timely assistance and resolve inquiries. Maintain a friendly and professional tone while addressing customer needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions. Stay informed about product updates and company policies. Manage multiple conversations efficiently, ensuring prompt responses. Uphold confidentiality and data security standards. Adapt to evolving customer service technologies and practices.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
