IT Remote Chat Support (No Phone Calling): Provide efficient, text-based assistance to users, resolving technical issues with clarity and patience. Utilize problem-solving skills to guide customers through troubleshooting steps, ensuring satisfaction and understanding. Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while managing multiple conversations. Document interactions accurately for future reference. Stay updated on product knowledge and company protocols to deliver consistent support. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality. Adapt to diverse customer needs, fostering a positive user experience.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
