Call Center Remote Chat Moderator: Facilitate seamless customer interactions by providing prompt, accurate responses to inquiries. Maintain a positive, professional tone while addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently. Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. Adapt to diverse communication styles and stay updated on product knowledge. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company guidelines, fostering a supportive and engaging virtual environment.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
