SMS Client Success Manager

SMS Client Success Manager: Serve as the frontline communicator, ensuring seamless interactions and satisfaction through SMS. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance with empathy and efficiency. Foster positive relationships by understanding client needs and delivering timely solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and client experience. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback. Adapt to evolving technologies and processes, contributing to continuous improvement. Be the voice of the client, championing their success and satisfaction.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
