SMS Remote Assistance Specialist (Entry Level / Work at Home): Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries via SMS. Utilize problem-solving skills to provide accurate information and solutions. Maintain a friendly, professional tone to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support. Adapt to various communication styles and stay updated on product knowledge. Manage multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Uphold privacy standards and contribute to a positive brand experience.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
