Weekend Chat Support Remote Agent (Part Time, Entry Level): Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through live chat. Maintain a friendly, professional tone while efficiently managing multiple conversations. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent support and share insights for improvement. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate information. Adapt to diverse customer needs and feedback, ensuring satisfaction. Uphold confidentiality and data security standards. Flexible weekend availability required.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
